South Bay Sports Training & Batting Cages

We are a Bay Area baseball and softball training facility dedicated to providing young players with the knowledge and resources needed to maximize their skills and reach their full potential. Established in 2006, South Bay Sports Training (SBST) has grown to a 3-level, one-of-a-kind, indoor training facility that breaks down to 5,000 square feet of top-of-the-line speed and strength equipment and 15,000+ square feet of multi-use training cages and drill stations. *New* 6,000 square feet of coin-op batting cages.
